  • After a lumbar puncture, the cerebrospinal fluid samples are analyzed in a laboratory. Indeed, it can be helpful in the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, as it can reveal the amount of Amyloid-beta and Tau proteins in the cerebrospinal fluid.
